Use this page when widgets are missing, the layout changed, or the interface does not seem to update correctly.

Case 1: The order book is missing

Symptom The terminal is open, but the order book widget is not visible. Possible cause
  • the widget is disabled in the current layout
  • a different workspace layout is selected
How to check
  1. Open Widgets & Charts.
  2. Check whether Orderbook is enabled.
What to do next
  • enable Orderbook
  • switch back to a layout that includes it if needed

Case 2: The trade panel or another widget is missing

Symptom A key panel is missing from the current workspace. Possible cause
  • the widget was turned off
  • the layout was changed earlier
How to check
  1. Open Widgets & Charts.
  2. Check whether the missing widget, such as Trade panel, is enabled.
What to do next
  • re-enable the missing widget
  • switch back to a simpler known layout if the workspace became too customized

Case 3: The chart or terminal looks frozen

  • the browser session needs refresh
  • the internet connection is unstable
  • the browser is overloaded
How to check
  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Check the internet connection.
  3. See whether the browser has too many heavy tabs open.
What to do next
  • close unnecessary tabs
  • reopen the terminal after refreshing the session

Case 4: The interface looks different from expected

Symptom The page layout or visible elements do not match the view you expected. Possible cause
  • a different widget layout is selected
  • you are on a different top-level tab
How to check
  1. Check whether the current tab is trade, portfolio, rewards, or spend.
  2. Check whether a different layout or widget configuration is active.
What to do next
  • switch back to the intended top-level tab
  • restore a simpler or default-looking layout if needed

Case 5: The panel is visible, but the data is hard to find

Symptom You can see the terminal, but not the information you need. Possible cause
  • the data belongs to a different tab
  • the data only appears after execution or after a specific action
How to check
  1. Decide whether the information belongs in Positions, Orders, Trade History, Funding History, or Transfers.
  2. Confirm whether the action that should create that data already happened.
What to do next
  • use trade for active trading actions
  • use portfolio for balances and overview
  • use rewards for points and ranking

Case 6: The page keeps showing stale values after an action

Symptom You completed an action, but the interface still looks outdated. Possible cause
  • the page has not refreshed the latest state
  • the action may not have completed successfully
How to check
  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Reopen the affected tab, such as Portfolio, Positions, or Orders.
  3. Confirm whether the action actually completed.
What to do next
  • if the values update after refresh, continue normally
  • if they do not, collect screenshots and contact support
